The fine for one of the participants in the appeal to the head of the Investigative Committee regarding gasoline in Volgograd has been canceled.

The court canceled the fine of 10 thousand rubles imposed on Natalia Ogloblina, who was a participant in the recording of an appeal to Alexander Bastrykin regarding the situation with gasoline in Volgograd.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on July 16, police detained five people at a gas station in Volgograd who were trying to record a video appeal to Alexander Bastrykin about the gasoline situation. Lawyer Alexey Sevastyanov was arrested by the court the next day for five days, and activist Natalia Kuzmina was fined 20 thousand rubles; she intends to appeal this decision. Later, the Volzhsky court fined Alexey Sevastyanov 10 thousand rubles, as well as Tatyana Smetanko and Natalia Ogloblina.

The Volgograd Regional Court canceled the fine of 10 thousand rubles imposed on local activist Natalia Ogloblina, which was assigned to her in the case of an unauthorized public action, reports Kommersant on October 5.

The cancellation of the fine was reported on the social network "VKontakte" by lawyer Ivan Ivanov. "This story of professional deformation of specific officials has been going on since 16.07.2026 and has resonated throughout the country!" he wrote. In the comments, one user noted that "there are more cancellations ahead," to which the lawyer replied: "Of course, there is work to be done."
