Fuel dispensing restrictions have been introduced in Novorossiysk
At all gas stations in Novorossiysk, restrictions have been introduced by the owners: gasoline is only dispensed into fuel tanks with a volume of 30 to 60 liters per vehicle.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", the Krasnodar office of the FAS has initiated cases against five owners of gas stations for violating antimonopoly legislation due to a sharp rise in retail fuel prices.
In Novorossiysk, there are ongoing issues with the availability of gasoline. By the owners' decision, restrictions have been introduced at all gas stations - fuel is only dispensed into fuel tanks and no more than 30/40/50/60 liters per vehicle, reported the Municipal Management Center of the city administration.
As of the evening of October 1, fuel is dispensed at 28 gas stations in Novorossiysk, while AI-100 is not available anywhere. AI-95 can be filled without fuel cards at the gas stations of "Gazprom", "Rusoil", "Tatneft", and "PNB". With fuel cards and special transport, gasoline is dispensed at "Rosneft" and "Lukoil".
AI-92 is available at seven gas stations, including at the "Kristina" gas station, and diesel fuel can be purchased at all 28 stations. It is specifically noted that at the gas stations in the territory of Tsemdolina ("Rosneft" near the interchange), on Suvorovskaya Street ("Lukoil"), and on Sukhumskoye Highway ("Lukoil"), fuel is dispensed for special transport and with fuel cards. Residents are asked to refrain from visiting these stations.
Another five gas stations are temporarily not dispensing fuel, as noted in the message from the Municipal Center. According to the "Where is the Gas?" (Gdebenz.ru) service, as of 21:50 Moscow time today, queues are observed at two "Rosneft" gas stations: on Dzerzhinsky Avenue and on Lenin Street.
"Caucasian Knot" also reported that according to authorities, as of the morning of September 23, 83 gas stations were operating in Krasnodar. Social media users pointed out that the information from the Municipal Management Center of Krasnodar does not correspond to the real situation.
