A drone raid occurred near Nevinnomyssk, "targeted towards the city's industrial zone," reported the governor of Stavropol, Vladimir Vladimirov, at 03:52 Moscow time on his Telegram channel. "Air defense is operational, there are shootdowns," he wrote, without specifying the number of drones shot down.

Vladimirov urged people not to approach the wreckage of the UAVs. "Do not film or publish footage from the crash sites of UAVs, from the flight of drones, or the operation of air defense - this is subject to administrative liability," the official warned.

Recall that in Stavropol, since February, there has been a ban on photo and video recording of drone attacks. The maximum fine for individuals is 3000 rubles for the first offense.

In August, a court fined a resident of Mikhailovsk 1000 rubles for filming a UAV attack and posting the recording on social media.

In other regions of the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasian Federal District, filming drone attacks and their consequences is also prohibited. These bans contradict the Constitution, lawyers pointed out.
