The Krasnodar activist submitted a notification for a rally in support of fair elections.

Notification of a rally on October 7 against election fraud was sent to the Krasnodar city hall by the "Yabloko" agitator Kurban Magomedrasulov.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", during the voting in Kuban, there were reports of disputed situations at polling stations. For instance, on September 20, activist Vitaly Cherkasov complained that at polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar, observers would have to examine marks on ballots from a distance of about 10 meters. On September 19, observer Ekaterina Burdyukova called the police to the same polling station after she discovered a tenfold discrepancy between the number of records of early voters in the logs and the data submitted to the election commission.

The notification of the rally was submitted to the Krasnodar city hall on September 24 by 19-year-old "Yabloko" agitator and party candidate Kurban Magomedrasulov. The event is scheduled for October 7 in the 30th Anniversary of Victory Park near the city center, "Horizontal Russia. 7x7" reported today.

According to the photo attached to the publication, the notification sent by him to the city administration has been registered. The purpose of the event is stated as "public expression of public opinion in support of fair elections and against election fraud, as well as in support of compliance with electoral legislation and the electoral rights of citizens."

The Krasnodar communists are also considering the possibility of submitting an application for the rally. However, they doubt that the event will be approved — starting in 2024, events with more than 1,000 participants are banned in Krasnodar, and from July 2026, events cannot be held in venues without security passports, the publication states.
