The observer reported a violation at the polling station in Krasnodar.
At night, a safe containing filled ballots was opened at the polling station in the Jubilee microdistrict of Krasnodar, an observer reported today.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on September 19, observer Ekaterina Burdyukova called the police to polling station No. 2014 in Krasnodar after she discovered a tenfold discrepancy between the number of records in the logs of early voters and the data submitted to the election commission.
Reports of violations also came from other municipalities. Thus, on September 19, activists from the village of Lazarevskaya told "Caucasian Knot" that the elections are accompanied by coercion of budget employees to vote, abnormal discrepancies in turnout, and the use of mobile buses for artificial vote padding.
A violation at polling station No. 2059, located in the Krasnodar microdistrict of Jubilee, was reported today by a female observer, according to the Telegram channel "Elections in Detail: Chronicle".
"At polling station 2059 in Krasnodar, a safe with voted ballots was opened at night on September 20. According to observers in the Telegram channel 'TIK Western Voting 2026', unknown criminals hung a seal with a poorly forged signature," the publication states.
The Telegram channel "TIK Western Voting 2026" (114 subscribers) is positioned as covering the voting process in the elections for State Duma deputies in the Krasnodar TIK "Western". "At polling station 2059 (YMR, Alma-Atynskaya, art school), a safe with voted ballots was opened at night. The police have been called," the message from this channel states.
The publication is illustrated with a video in which a girl demonstrates the peeled corner of the paper that seals the safe.
"The safe was opened because my signature looks completely different here; this last part of the signature looks completely different. The safe was opened at night, I am calling the police," she says.
"The safe was not opened; you can see it, it [the piece of paper] is glued," another woman off-camera counters. "None of this happened," the girl disagrees, pointing to the peeled corner of the paper. "It was not like this when we left yesterday."
In another video and in the photos attached to the publication, it can be seen that all corners of the paper are tightly glued to the safe. The signature shown in the frame on this paper with the seal indeed differs from the signature shown in the video taken today.
As of 10:25 AM Moscow time on September 20, 44 reports of violations during voting have been received from the Krasnodar region, according to data from the project "Observing Together". The project is positioned as an "independent platform for monitoring the 2026 elections." "We publish data on election commissions and violations," the annotation states. Information is transmitted to the project authors by Telegram users via a bot. "Caucasian Knot" considers it needing confirmation and does not regard information from users as reports of factual violations.
