More than a hundred drones were shot down in the Rostov region.
Last night, the military shot down drones in 11 municipalities of the Rostov region.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", the Rostov region regularly faces drone attacks. Thus, on the night of September 19, about a dozen UAVs were destroyed in Rostov-on-Don, Millerovo, and Azov districts. According to the governor, there are no injuries.
Last night, "about 120 UAVs" were destroyed in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky and 10 districts of the Rostov region - Veselovsky, Chertkovsky, Millerovsky, Morozovsky, Sholokhovsky, Kasharsky, Tarasovsky, Azovsky, Aksaysky, and Orlovsky, the governor Yuri Slyusar reported on his Telegram channel.
"No information about casualties or damage on the ground has been received," he wrote.
Recall that on the night of September 18, during a drone attack in the Rostov region, residential buildings, cars, gas pipes, and power lines were damaged. On September 17, more than 50 drones were destroyed in the region, damaging a transformer substation, six private houses, and outbuildings.
At the same time, there is a ban on filming aerial attacks and their consequences, anti-aircraft defense operations, and locations of military units in the Rostov region. A corresponding decree from the governor has been published on "Caucasian Knot".
In other regions of the Southern Federal District and the North Caucasian Federal District, filming of drone attacks and their consequences is also prohibited. These bans contradict the Constitution, which guarantees the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to seek, record, and disseminate information, lawyers pointed out.
