Four people died in the drone attack on Novorossiysk.

Four people, including a child, were victims of the night drone attack on Novorossiysk. Another 29 people were injured, three of whom are in serious condition.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on September 8, the operational headquarters of the Krasnodar Territory reported a fire that started after drone debris fell in the area of the Dyrso farm. Later, the fire spread to the territory of the "Utrish" nature reserve. On the night of September 9, drone debris also fell near a private house and on the territory of one of the enterprises in Novorossiysk; according to preliminary data, there were no casualties.

According to the governor of the Krasnodar Territory Veniamin Kondratiev, drones attacked Novorossiysk last night.

"Four people died, including one child. <…> Also, last night in the city, another 29 people were injured, three of whom are in serious condition," the governor reported on his Telegram channel.

According to Kondratiev, three private houses and five apartment buildings, as well as the buildings of an Orthodox church and a kindergarten, were damaged. The head of the region instructed the city authorities to assess the damage and provide assistance to the affected families.

In Anapa, three private houses and a kindergarten were damaged by drone debris, but there were no casualties. The aftermath of the attack was also being addressed in the Krymsky and Temryuksky districts, Kondratiev added.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Krasnodar Territory is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Thus, on August 12, as a result of a drone attack, three people died, and another 24 were injured. In Novorossiysk, more than 90 residential buildings were damaged, and two of the three grain terminals in the port suspended operations.
