The court sentenced Azov resident Denis Gorlov to three years of probation for storing explosives at his home.
The Azov City Court of the Rostov region found the local resident guilty of illegal storage of explosives.
The court established that at the beginning of the year, Denis Gorlov illegally acquired explosives from unidentified individuals and stored them at his residence. The fact of illegal activity was revealed by operatives of the FSB of Russia for the Rostov region, reports "Kommersant" on September 7.
Gorlov was found guilty of committing a crime under part 1 of article 222.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and was sentenced to three years of imprisonment conditionally.
