The police are searching for the teenagers for desecrating the memorial in Kislovodsk.

The head of Kislovodsk, Evgeny Moiseyev, reported on a group of teenagers who behaved offensively at the "Cranes" memorial.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in July 2025, the court sentenced four residents of Dagestan to terms in a settlement colony, who previously publicly apologized for desecrating the Eternal Flame in Nevinnomyssk.

Regarding the incident, it was reported today by the head of the city, Evgeny Moiseyev, in his Telegram channel, that a group of minors exhibited unacceptable behavior at the "Cranes" memorial, specifically shouting obscenities, littering, climbing on the memorial, spitting, and behaving aggressively.

"I do not understand how one can treat a place dedicated to the memory of those who gave their lives for our Motherland in such a way. Kislovodsk has always set an example of cultural behavior, respect for history, and hospitality," his message states.

According to the head of the city, a report about the incident has been sent to the relevant authorities. The incident has already been registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Kislovodsk. The participants in the incident will be identified.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that in March 2024, investigators initiated a criminal case against three residents of the North Caucasus, accusing them of desecrating the Eternal Flame at the "Eternal Glory" obelisk in Nevinnomyssk. In October of the same year, the court sentenced all three to one year in a settlement colony.
