The Supreme Qualification Collegium of Judges has terminated the resignation of former judge of the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar Krai, Anastasia Shepel, who is the daughter of the former chairman of the Krasnodar Krai Court, Alexander Chernov.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in April, the Supreme Qualification Collegium of Judges sent to the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia materials for anti-corruption checks of four judges from Krasnodar Krai, including the daughter of the former chairman of the Krasnodar Krai Court, Alexander Chernov, judge of the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar Krai, Anastasia Shepel.

The Krasnodar Qualification Collegium of Judges has terminated the honorary resignation of former judge Anastasia Shepel, reports "Morning South" on September 5.

Shepel worked as a judge of the Arbitration Court of Krasnodar Krai since 2008, and on April 24 of this year, she submitted her resignation early. The decision to terminate the honorary resignation was made based on the legal norm "On the Status of Judges", which provides for the termination of resignation in case of violation of professional ethics norms.

Recall that in April, the court transferred to the state the property of the family members of Alexander Chernov. In the schemes of re-registration of property, as established by the court, the former wife of Chernov, president of the notary chamber of Krasnodar Krai, Galina Chernova, and his daughters - Elena Ryazanskaya and Anastasia Shepel - were involved. In November of last year, Chernov was stripped of his status as a retired judge.
