The illegal actions of Zhaboeva were identified by the employees of the FSB of Russia for Kabardino-Balkaria together with the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs. She was charged under part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation .
The Southern District Military Court imposed a fine on her and also prohibited her from engaging in activities related to website administration on the internet for two years.
