Two residents of Volgograd were fined for reposting publications from a project recognized as a foreign agent.

A court in Volgograd fined two local residents 30,000 rubles for publishing materials from the project "Watch in Volgograd," recognized by the Ministry of Justice as a foreign agent.
The Kirov District Court established that in April, Maria H. and Yana B., who are participants in the mentioned project, posted its materials online without the required labeling.
Protocols on administrative offenses were drawn up against the girls. This concerns violations of the requirements of part 4 of article 9 of Federal Law No. 255-FZ of July 14, 2022, according to which materials created or published by a person performing the functions of a foreign agent must be accompanied by the appropriate labeling, writes "Height 102".
Both girls were found guilty under part 5 of article 19.34 of the Administrative Offenses Code of the Russian Federation, and each was fined 30,000 rubles.
