The FSB reported the detention of a group of radicals in the Zolsky district.

In the Zolsky district of Kabardino-Balkaria, 11 members of a terrorist cell promoting radical ideology have been detained, reported the special services.

According to the FSB, the special service officers, together with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, detained supporters of an international terrorist organization (ITO) banned in Russia in Kabardino-Balkaria.

"In the Zolsky district of the Kabardino-Balkar Republic, 11 members of a terrorist cell of one of the ITOs, promoting radical ideology and committing violent acts against citizens who do not share their views," the special services reported today, as quoted by RIA "Novosti".

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that on April 3, the FSB officers in Kabardino-Balkaria reported the detention of a 38-year-old local resident in a case of financing terrorism.
