Member of the Tsapok gang Vyacheslav Tsepyovaz could not prove in the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation that the sale of 93 land plots belonging to him during the bankruptcy procedure was carried out with violations.
As reported by "filed three lawsuits against the regional offices of Rosreestr in the Krasnodar Territory after his land plots were sold during the bankruptcy procedure at the initial auction price of 2.5 billion rubles.
The Supreme Court of Russia denied Vyacheslav Tsepyovaz's request to review the case regarding the invalidation of the auction for the sale of his property. This concerns the sale of 93 land plots and a 100% share in the charter capital of the experimental production farm "Slava Kubani", writes "Kommersant" on August 23.
Previously, the Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Territory, the Fifteenth Arbitration Appeal Court, and the Arbitration Court of the North Caucasus District recognized the auction as valid. Tsepyovaz's arguments that the lot's value was underestimated and that the auction winner was affiliated with the main creditor were rejected.
The courts concluded that the auction was conducted strictly within the framework of the approved regulations for the sale of property, the procedure for publishing auction announcements and admitting participants was followed, and the only auction participant - LLC "Trading House 'Melnik'" - offered a price equal to the initial one and paid everything in full.
The court also found that Tsepyovaz could not provide sufficient evidence of the affiliation of the buyer and the creditor.
The Supreme Court found no grounds for reviewing the case, stating that there were no significant violations of substantive and procedural law.
Recall that in November 2010, in the village of Kushchevskaya in the Krasnodar Territory, 12 people, including four children, were killed in the house of farmer Ametov. In 2013, Sergey Tsapok, who is considered the leader of the group that committed the crime, and two other defendants were sentenced to life imprisonment. Investigating this high-profile crime, the investigation concluded that the criminal group operated with the complicity of the local police and prosecutor's office. On February 8, 2022, the relatives of the victims of the Tsapok gang asked the head of the Investigative Committee Alexander Bastrykin to take unsolved criminal cases to the central office of the agency and check Vyacheslav Tsepyovaz, his ex-wife Natalia Strishnya, and her brother Ivan for involvement in organizing the murders.
The Tsapok group seized large tracts of land in Kuban, the struggle for which continued even after the gang's defeat. The conflict involves companies linked to law enforcement agencies and local farmers, as stated in the investigation by the ROMB project published in November 2018.
