Kadyrov awarded his daughter the memory medal of her grandfather.
The third daughter of Ramzan Kadyrov, assistant to the head of Chechnya Khutmat Kadyrova, received from him the medal "In Memory of Akhmat Kadyrov."
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", Ramzan Kadyrov's daughter Khutmat, like her two sisters, took a high position in Chechnya; on March 14, 2023, she was appointed curator of the republic's healthcare system, and immediately after, she was awarded the order of Kadyrov, which is given for exceptional contributions related to the development of statehood and achievements in labor. Since February 19, 2022, she has been overseeing the work of rehabilitation centers as deputy head of the republic's head's secretariat. The position of curator, to which 20-year-old Khutmat Kadyrova has been appointed to control decisions made by the Minister of Health of Chechnya on behalf of her father, does not exist in the Russian state administration system, analysts interviewed by "Caucasian Knot" stated.
Almost the entire management system in Chechnya is personally tied to Ramzan Kadyrov and people close to him. Ramzan Kadyrov has 10 biological children - four sons (Akhmat, Zelimkhan, Adam, Abdullah) and six daughters (Aishat, Karina (Khadijat), Hedi (Khutmat), Tabarik, Ashura, and Eishat). Information about which relatives, friends, and villagers of Ramzan Kadyrov have advanced in their careers can be read in the "Caucasian Knot" reference "The Main Clan of the Caucasus - the Kadyrov Family".
The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, presented his 23-year-old daughter Khutmat with the medal "In Memory of Akhmat Kadyrov," the first pro-Russian president of Chechnya and the father of Ramzan himself. The award ceremony was timed to coincide with the opening of a rehabilitation center for children, reported the chairman of the Chechen government, Magomed Daudov.
The specific reasons for which Khutmat Kadyrova received the medal were not specified. At the same time, Daudov noted that Khutmat Kadyrova is the assistant to the head of Chechnya.
