The Rostov Regional Court will consider the appeal against the sentence of the former CEO of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" Alexander Dyachenko, who was sentenced to three years and ten months in a penal colony for fraud in the execution of a state defense order.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in early June, the court sentenced former CEO of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" Alexander Dyachenko to three years and ten months in a penal colony, finding him guilty of fraud in the execution of a state defense order with damage amounting to 2.2 billion rubles.

The sentence in the case of the CEO of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" Alexander Dyachenko has been appealed, and the case has been submitted for consideration to the Rostov Regional Court, writes "Kommersant" on August 17.

The court's website indicates that the case was assigned to a judge on August 4, and the court hearing is scheduled for August 24. The parties in the process are one lawyer A. Goloborodko and 24 representatives of the victim.

Earlier, "Caucasian Knot" reported that on July 13, former Deputy Director for Economics and Finance Nikolai Borisov was sentenced to three years and ten months, and in mid-May, former financial director of the plant Felix Zakharcov was sentenced to four years and three months. The Rostov Regional Court considered the appeal against the latter's sentence but found no grounds for changing the verdict.
