The Order of Courage was posthumously awarded to Viktor Sharapov and Yuri Anbushinov, the administration of the Gorodovikovsky district reported on its Telegram channel. Details of their biographies are not provided in the message.

Thus, at least 254 combatants from Kalmykia have been officially recognized as killed on the Ukrainian front.
