7.5 and 9 years in prison were received by employees of the Rosreestr in the Krasnodar region for accepting bribes.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", in March, the Kirov District Court of Makhachkala arrested for two months the deputy head of the Rosreestr department for Dagestan, Rashidkhan Abdullayev.
The Temryuk District Court found leading specialist-expert Anastasia Khodunova and the deputy head of the Temryuk department of the Rosreestr, Dmitry Lyusov, guilty of accepting bribes. "The court's verdict states that Khodunova systematically received bribes ranging from 30,000 rubles and, according to a previously reached agreement, transferred half of the received amount to Lyusov," the message on the Telegram channel of the unified press service of the courts of the Krasnodar region says.
The court found them guilty under the article "Receiving a bribe." Lyusov was sentenced to 9 years in a strict regime colony with a fine of 500,000 rubles and a ban on holding positions in government bodies and local self-government bodies related to the exercise of functions of a representative of authority for 5 years, while Khodunova received 7.5 years of imprisonment after her child reaches the age of 14.
According to the prosecution, the defendants, for bribes, carried out state cadastral accounting and state registration of rights to real estate in the absence of necessary documents, without verifying questionable information, without confirming the authenticity of documents and the accuracy of the information contained in them, Interfax clarifies.
Recall that in June, the Volzhsky City Court of the Volgograd region obliged former Krasnodar judge Rustem Trakhov to return the confiscated house and pay 312,000 rubles for the use of confiscated property.
