The Rostov region was subjected to a massive drone attack.

Last night, air defense forces neutralized more than 50 drones in the Rostov region.

According to the governor of the Rostov region Yuri Slyusary, last night the air defense forces (ADF) destroyed more than 50 drones in Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Novoshakhtinsk, Bataysk, Taganrog, Donetsk in the Rostov region, as well as in Chertkovsky, Kamensky, Tarasovsky, Belokalitvinsky, Millerovsky, Kasharsky, Morozovsky, Azovsky, and Sholokhovsky districts.

"No information about casualties or damage on the ground has been received," Slyusary wrote today on his Telegram channel.

"Caucasian Knot" also reported that the Rostov region is regularly subjected to drone attacks. Thus, on August 16, the number of fatalities from the nighttime drone attack on the region increased to five, and another person was injured. On August 15, about a thousand residents of seven hamlets in the Millerovsky district were left without electricity after power lines were damaged during the attack.
