Alikram Geydarov has become at least the fourth TikToker arrested in Azerbaijan for unethical behavior.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on July 27, TikToker Magsad Bagirov was arrested in Baku for 10 days, and an administrative protocol was drawn up against him for unethical behavior on the internet. TikTokers Sanur Azizov and Myuzhgan Mamedzade were arrested for similar offenses.

Another TikToker has been arrested in Azerbaijan for showing disrespect to society, unethical behavior, and publishing materials of this nature on social media, Oxu.az reported on August 2.

Police officers arrested Alikram Geydarov, born in 1991, and an administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Article 510.1 of the Administrative Code of Azerbaijan . The Sabail District Court of Baku sentenced Geydarov to eight days in custody.

It is worth noting that at the beginning of the year, amendments to the law "On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information" came into force in Azerbaijan, establishing liability for the dissemination of content on the Internet that contains "insult to public morality and open disrespect to society", as well as "indecent expressions, gestures, or demonstration of body parts in an inappropriate manner with respect to morality and national-spiritual values".
