Against the backdrop of reports about the opening of beaches, silence remains regarding the work on pumping fuel oil from the sunken tankers, users pointed out. Neither the operational headquarters of Kuban nor the government commission for eliminating the consequences of the emergency provides information on the progress of the fuel oil pumping work. 97 beaches have already received the necessary permits to operate, while another seven beaches are undergoing inspection, the authorities reported.
