Blogger Remeslo has been transferred from the pre-trial detention center to the psychiatric institute.

Petersburg lawyer and blogger Ilya Remeslo, whose criticism of the President of the Russian Federation surprised the head of the "Akhmat" special forces Apti Alaudinov, has been placed in a psychiatric hospital again - this time at the Serbsky Institute of Social and Forensic Psychiatry in Moscow.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", a native of Nalchik, lawyer and blogger Ilya Remeslo was placed in a Petersburg psychiatric hospital in March after the head of the "Akhmat" special forces Apti Alaudinov questioned whether the criticism of the president published by a pro-Putin blogger was expressed voluntarily. On July 17, Remeslo was detained on charges of spreading fakes about the army motivated by political hatred, and on the same day, a court in Moscow arrested him for two months.

Ilya Remeslo, accused of spreading fakes about the armed forces of the Russian Federation, has been transferred from a Moscow pre-trial detention center to the V. P. Serbsky Institute. This was reported by his lawyer Sergey Badamshin.

Later, information about Remeslo's placement in the Serbsky Institute was confirmed by a source in medical circles to the TASS news agency. Subsequently, the source clarified the reason for the hospitalization - the blogger was assigned a psychiatric examination.

According to the lawyer, Remeslo was taken to the clinic on Sunday, July 26. "The person who made the transfer to Ilya Remeslo had their passport taken for 1.5 hours, explaining that 'it would be returned by the end of the working day.' At the same time, other people who were transferring had their passports returned within a few minutes. The passport was only returned after the suggestion to call the police at Serbsky," the lawyer wrote on Telegram.

Some Z-bloggers are either concealed enemies of Russia or unconsciously serve their interests by criticizing "Akhmat," said the commander of the unit Apti Alaudinov on November 14, 2025. He promised to destroy such Z-bloggers "within the legal framework through criminal charges" if they do not apologize. On the same day, the Gelendzhik city court fined the author of the Telegram channel "Ohronota V vatnike" Oksana Kobeleva 30,000 rubles for publishing questions to the commander of the "Akhmat" special forces Apti Alaudinov, although she later deleted the post and repented for this material. On November 13, Alaudinov announced a reconciliation between two other Z-bloggers, Ilya Remeslo and Vladimir Grubnik - the latter, friendly to "Akhmat," complained to Chechens about criticism from Remeslo. The conflict between Remeslo and Grubnik arose over their attitudes towards pro-Putin Ukrainian defectors in the Z-community.
