The authorities' report on combating price increases at gas stations has drawn criticism from residents of North Ossetia.

Officials and regulatory bodies should monitor gas station prices themselves, without waiting for residents' complaints, users of social networks stated, commenting on the report of the head of North Ossetia that he instructed to send information about unjustified price increases at gas stations to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the prosecutor's office.

Commentators pointed out that high prices particularly affect people with low incomes.
