Residents of the apartment building in the Proletarsky district, which was damaged during the airstrike, have been evacuated.
The attack was reported by the city head Alexander Skryabin.
At around 04:00 Moscow time today, July 27, he reported on his Telegram channel that there are consequences of the airstrike, which emergency services are responding to.
An hour later, Skryabin clarified that a high-rise building was damaged, for which a temporary accommodation point has been set up, providing sleeping places, food distribution, and hot drinks. Buses are being used as temporary points for evacuated residents. A hotline is operating at the administration of the Proletarsky district. No information about the injured has been reported.
Earlier, "Caucasian Knot" reported that on the night of July 24 to 25, Rostov-on-Don and several areas of the region were subjected to a drone attack. Five people were injured.
