The head of Kabardino-Balkaria, Kazbek Kokov, reported on his Telegram channel that in a number of settlements, including the villages of Zalukodes, Zolsky, Psynadakh, Batekh, and Sovkhoznoye, due to bad weather, "there are local breaks in power lines".
Kokov noted that the situation is under control, there are no casualties, and the lines are already being repaired.
