Vladimir Vladimirov instructed Stavropol officials to use official transport less, which, as he stated, will free up about 3000 tons of fuel for the commercial market every month.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", on July 6, the governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, announced that additional volumes of fuel had been sent to the region, and there is no need to impose any additional restrictions on sales .

The fuel problem arose against the backdrop of attacks on oil refineries, including those located in southern Russia. Thus, on June 10, a fire occurred at the refinery in the village of Afipsky. On June 5, an oil depot in Ust-Labinsk caught fire, requiring the evacuation of residents of nearby houses. On June 2, a fire broke out at the oil refinery in the village of Ilsk in the Seversky district as a result of a drone attack. The fire was extinguished the same day.

The governor of Stavropol Krai, Vladimir Vladimirov, instructed regional ministers and heads of municipalities to reduce the use of official transport, which he announced on July 14 in his Telegram channel following a meeting on fuel supply issues in the region.

Vladimirov noted that for regional leaders, cars can only be used in Stavropol, and all trips outside the city must be coordinated with him. Similarly, in municipal administrations, in the Duma and local councils. According to officials' estimates, this will free up about three thousand tons of fuel for the commercial market every month.

Vladimirov also suggested that fuel companies increase the sales limits of fuel per vehicle to reduce queues at gas stations. For emergency service vehicles, public transport, and utility and road services, the governor instructed to purchase fuel through direct contracts with large oil companies. He also promised to check all lists and exclude administrative transport from them.
