A soldier from Kabardino-Balkaria killed in Ukraine

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", representatives of the authorities and law enforcement agencies previously officially recognized at least 429 fighters from Kabardino-Balkaria as killed in the military operation zone in Ukraine .
Families of the killed fighters are not guaranteed support from the state, neither state awards, nor memorial plaques, nor appearances on "Channel One", the material of "Caucasian Knot" states "Three comrades served: how the authorities deprive the families of killed volunteers of benefits", which describes the stories of the killed fighters.
In the special military operation (SMO) in Ukraine, soldier Islam Akhubekov was killed, the administration of Prokhladny reported on its social media page "VKontakte".
Thus, at least 430 fighters from Kabardino-Balkaria have been officially recognized as killed in the SMO. "Caucasian Knot" knows the names of 417 of them, and the deaths of another 13 became known from the report of the republic's authorities on payments to the families of those killed in 2022.
"Caucasian Knot" maintains a named list of natives of the North Caucasus Federal District and Southern Federal District killed in the military operation. The list is compiled based on data officially announced by representatives of the authorities and law enforcement agencies, according to the reference of "Caucasian Knot" "SMO Statistics: losses for southern Russia are increasing".
