The court in Rostov-on-Don found former deputy general director of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" Nikolai Borisov guilty of fraud with state defense order funds and sentenced him to three years and ten months of imprisonment.

In early June, the court found former general director of the plant Alexander Dyachenko guilty of fraud and sentenced him to three years and ten months of imprisonment.
The Soviet District Court of Rostov-on-Don found on July 13 former director of economics and finance of the "Tenth Bearing Plant" Nikolai Borisov guilty of fraud in the execution of a state defense order with damage amounting to 2.2 billion rubles, reports "Interfax".
According to the investigation, Borisov, along with several other company executives, in 2020-2024, by inflating prices and providing knowingly false information in documents about the supply of bearing products, embezzled funds and caused significant damage to the state and 16 industrial enterprises, reports "Kommersant".
The court found Borisov guilty of committing a crime under part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (fraud) and sentenced him to three years and ten months of imprisonment in a general regime colony and a fine of 500 thousand rubles.
