108 shareholders of the residential complex "Anit City", the construction of which began in 2009, received the keys to their apartments.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot", about 300 families of shareholders of "Anit City" have been unable to get their house completed since 2009. In February 2017, the shareholders went on a hunger strike. Evgeny Pervyshov, who was then the mayor of Krasnodar, met with them and promised to keep the situation under control. However, in August 2017, deceived shareholders accused officials of inaction and held pickets demanding a change of developer. In 2022, 39 shareholders received compensations totaling 252 million rubles.
The residential complex "Anit City" on Sedina Street, which has been under construction since 2009, has been put into operation in Krasnodar, writes 93.ru on July 11, citing the Territorial Development Fund.
Keys to apartments in the first building of the complex were received by 108 families; it was completed through the Krasnodar Territory Shareholder Protection Fund. As for the second building, it will not be constructed, and the shareholders who invested in apartments there received compensations.
Recall that in October 2019, the court sentenced to seven years of imprisonment and a fine the director of LLC "Module-Invest", the developer of the residential complex "Anit City", Oleg Georgizov. According to the court, Georgizov and four of his accomplices deceived the shareholders of the residential complex "Anit City" for an amount exceeding 500 million rubles. 184 people were recognized as victims. In May 2021, the Krasnodar Regional Court increased by six months, to 7.5 years, the sentence of Oleg Georgizov, satisfying the prosecutor's request.
