In addition, heavy rains led to the flooding of 14 residential houses and 18 household plots in two districts of the republic. In the village of Tashkapur in the Levashinsky district, there was a threat of flooding five residential houses due to the rising water level in the Kazikumukh Koysu River; rescuers evacuated 27 people, including nine children.

The agency clarified that, according to the latest data, 106 people have been evacuated, including 34 children, who are staying with relatives.

This morning it became known that a state of emergency has been declared in the Gergebil district of Dagestan due to flooding. "The reason for this decision was the deterioration of the situation in several villages of the district, where the water level continues to rise and does not decrease," the district administration said in a message on its Telegram channel.
