New restrictions on holding mass events have been introduced in Krasnodar.

In Krasnodar, a ban has been introduced on holding mass events in places that are not designated for this purpose and do not have a safety passport.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", the administration of Krasnodar adopted a procedure for holding street performances at the end of last year, according to which musicians will need to submit an application to the city hall 20 days in advance, indicating the repertoire they plan to perform. These restrictions came into effect on March 1.

The administration of Krasnodar has introduced new restrictions on holding mass events in the city. They are prohibited in places not designated for this purpose, as well as at facilities that do not have current safety passports, writes 93.ru on July 4.

For violating the new restrictions, administrative liability is provided in accordance with part 2 of article 4.16 of the regional law "On Administrative Offenses". For individuals, the fine ranges from three to five thousand rubles, for officials - from 30 to 50 thousand rubles, and for legal entities - from 150 to 500 thousand rubles.
