The authorities of Anapa have allocated a separate gas station for public and specialized transport, while officials, Cossacks, police, and volunteers are on duty at other gas stations.

As reported by "Caucasian Knot", this morning the authorities announced that in Novorossiysk gasoline is completely absent at gas stations, and in Gelendzhik AI-95 is available only at three gas stations.

On June 29, the authorities reported that in the Krasnodar region only part of the gas stations are operating, and some of them have imposed restrictions on sales by the owners' decision. Governor Veniamin Kondratiev explained the rise in fuel prices by the tourist season and the influx of vacationers. On June 30, it was reported that long queues at gas stations in Kuban have led to conflicts among car owners. More than a third of gas stations in Kuban have closed or reduced their working hours, the vice-governor of the region stated on July 1. In at least three municipalities, the authorities sent Cossacks and volunteers to gas stations to prevent conflicts in the queues for gasoline.

In Anapa, the authorities have allocated a separate gas station for public and specialized transport; this decision was made to ensure the uninterrupted operation of emergency, utility, and transport services in the city. This was reported on July 3 by the city's mayor, Svetlana Maslova, on her Telegram channel.

According to her, the administration has decided to minimize the use of service transport, and meetings are held via video conferencing. "Service transport is used only for performing direct duties in the territories and in emergencies," Maslova noted.

She also reported that round-the-clock duty has been organized at other gas stations by "representatives of the administration, police, Cossacks, and volunteers from sports and public organizations." They are intended to "regulate traffic flows, prevent conflict situations and attempts to refill canisters with fuel," as well as control the order of the queues.

According to the city head, thanks to this measure, the average waiting time at many gas stations has been reduced to 30 minutes.

However, the announced measures did not receive a positive response from the townspeople. "We kindly ask for a list of those gas stations that should not be visited (only for special transport and/or fuel cards). And, conversely, where one can try their luck. We don't want to waste gasoline on futile searches and go to places where we won't be refueled anyway," Anna inquires.

"Please tell me which gas station has been allocated for special transport among those available in Anapa?" asks Arthur Ivanov. "A mystery shrouded in darkness," we reply to him, P E.

"The Rosneft gas station has been closed, and there is one less gas station for refueling cars, queues at other gas stations have increased! "A brilliant decision" to reduce the number of gas stations in such a situation!! They should have just allocated a lane for special transport that could enter without waiting, but they simply took one gas station out of operation! Or they quietly allocated one gas station for special transport and for themselves! They will refuel calmly, and the people won't see it and won't make a fuss!! Personally, I think that's exactly what's happening!" exclaims V.

"In st. Anapskaya, the Rosneft gas station is closed. Only by cards. But for two days now, I have been observing how civilian cars (mostly premium class) are refueling calmly," reported Alexys.

"Please provide assistance in the form of police/Cossacks at the "RusOil" gas station on Simferopol highway, 3. By evening, resellers have become active. They work in groups. Brazen, unbreakable. The gas station staff cannot cope with them," requested ShokoNatka.

The Telegram channel "Caution, news" reports that in the Temryuk district, representatives of the local Cossacks and members of the "Russian Community" are on duty at the gas station. In the organization itself, the measure was called forced, to prevent conflicts and disputes that often escalate into fights. "Against the backdrop of fuel shortages, this is especially relevant, plus the strategic position of Taman (the gates of Crimea) obliges," the publication quotes a representative of the local cell of the "Russian Community".
