More than a dozen drones participated in the attack on the Rostov region.
Six districts of the Rostov region were attacked. Authorities reported no casualties.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," in the Krasnodar region, an oil depot in Poltavskaya caught fire after a drone attack. A fire also broke out in a woodworking shop in Krasnodar.
Rostov region governor Yuri Slyusar reported an air attack over six districts of the region. "Last night, while repelling an air attack on the Rostov Region, more than a dozen UAVs were destroyed in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, as well as in six districts of the region: Tarasovsky, Millerovsky, Chertkovsky, Kasharsky, Belokalitvinovsky, and Sholokhovsky," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to the official, no one was injured, and no damage was reported.
Filming of air attacks and their aftermath, air defense operations, and military unit locations is prohibited in the Rostov Region. The "Caucasian Knot" published a corresponding governor's decree.
Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported 269 drones shot down over regions of the country between 8:00 PM Moscow time on June 24 and 7:00 PM Moscow time on June 25. This included drone attacks over the Volgograd and Rostov regions, as well as the Krasnodar Territory.
As a reminder, on June 18, a drone strike on the city of Gukovo in the Rostov Region resulted in one death and two injuries.
