Sergey Zinoviev was killed in a military operation in Ukraine. Since its beginning, at least 954 soldiers from the Stavropol Territory have been officially recognized as killed.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by June 18, at least 953 soldiers from the Stavropol Territory had been officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.
Sergey Zinoviev was killed in a military operation, the administration of the Sovetsky Municipal District reported today. He was born on August 17, 2001, in Zelenokumsk. After finishing school, he continued his education at the Stavropol Technical School of the Food Industry, where he received the profession of pastry chef. In 2022, Sergei Alexandrovich served in the Strategic Missile Forces. After demobilization, he signed a contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense. On June 1, 2026, he was killed in the Chugunovka area of the Kharkov region. He was awarded the medals "Participant in a Special Military Operation," "For Distinction in Combat," and "For Bravery," and was also posthumously awarded the Order of Courage, according to the district administration's Telegram channel.
Thus, at least 954 soldiers from Stavropol have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
The death of a soldier from the Kirovsky District was previously reported on June 15. The district administration announced that Boris Khamatov had been killed in the military operation.
