A soldier from Ingushetia was killed in Ukraine.
Khasan Khamkhoev was killed in combat. Since the beginning of the Russian operation in Ukraine, at least 196 combatants from Ingushetia have been officially recognized as killed in it.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by May 18, at least 195 fighters from Ingushetia had been officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.
The Ingush branch of the Fatherland Defenders Foundation reported on its Telegram channel that Khasan Khamkhoev was killed in the military operation zone.
"Khasan Khamkhoev was born in 1991. He was enlisted in the National Guard unit in September 2023. He died several months after being sent to the front lines," the foundation said in a statement.
Thus, at least 196 fighters from Ingushetia have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
