The "Caucasian Knot" maintains a list of names of natives of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts killed in the military operation. The list was compiled based on data officially released by government officials and law enforcement agencies, according to the Caucasian Knot report "NVO Statistics: Losses Mount for Southern Russia".
The death of an NVO participant from the Mozdok District was previously reported on May 8. At that time, authorities reported that Danil Shepilov had been killed in the military operation.

Thus, the mother of the murdered Dmitry Ukhanov said that she searched for her son's body for four months, and the administration and military registration and enlistment office staff inquired from her about the progress of the search without providing any assistance.
