Three residents of Kuban were injured during a drone strike.
In Krasnodar, drone debris struck a multi-story building, injuring two residents. Another person was injured in the Seversky District of the region.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," last night during a drone attack on the Seversky District of Kuban, an oil refinery in the village of Afipsky caught fire. Simultaneously, air raid sirens were sounded in Krasnodar. Local residents reported hearing explosions in the skies above the city starting at 12:30 a.m. Moscow time.
At least three people were injured in the Krasnodar Territory during another drone attack. In the regional center, drone debris struck an apartment building, where a fire broke out, Governor Veniamin Kondratyev reported.
"According to preliminary information, there are two injured. They are currently receiving all necessary assistance," the official wrote on his Telegram channel.
Another person was injured in the attack in the Seversky District, he added. Kondratyev clarified that a drone alert is in effect throughout the Krasnodar Krai and asked residents to "observe safety precautions."
Today's drone attack in Krasnodar was one of the most active in recent months, according to Kuban journalist Andrei Koshik.
"Residents of the entire city—from the center to Yubileyny, Yelizavetinskaya, and Muzykalny—are hearing loud explosions in the sky," the journalist wrote on his Telegram channel.
