Arman Dzhelmukanov was killed in the zone of a special military operation, the administration of the Krasnoyarsk District reported today.

He was born and raised in the village of Verkhniy Buzan, and after school, entered the Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union Kuznetsov Naval Academy in St. Petersburg. He later served in the Baltiysk military unit. He held the naval officer rank of guards senior lieutenant. He was sent to the zone of a special military operation. He was killed on May 18 at the age of 26, according to a message on the district administration’s Telegram channel.
