Protesters in Georgia called for the country's independence to be defended.

Protesters gathered outside the Georgian Parliament on the 546th day of daily protests, holding placards calling for the country's independence.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," a mass march organized by the Opposition Alliance in Tbilisi on Georgia's Independence Day took place on May 26 under the slogan: "For victory, together, to the end!" Supporters of Georgia's European integration have been protesting in the capital for 545 consecutive days.

Today marks the 546th day of daily protests in Tbilisi. According to photographs published by Publika, protesters gathered outside the Georgian Parliament with Georgian and EU flags. They also held placards. "Georgia is yours," "Independence must be defended every day," some of them read, in particular.
