According to Stavropol Krai authorities, air defense systems are repelling a drone attack on the industrial zone of Nevinnomyssk.
Stavropol Krai Governor Vladimir Vladimirov reported today on his Telegram channel that a drone attack on the region has been repelled.
According to him, the drone attack was aimed at the industrial zone of Nevinnomyssk. "There have been downings. It's best not to approach the wreckage of downed UAVs, as it could be dangerous," Vladimirov wrote.
Vladimirov also reminded the public about the ban on filming and publishing air defense operations and drone attacks.
The Telegram channel "Nevinnomyssk Today" published a video message from the mayor, Mikhail Minenkov. Addressing "esteemed comrades," he urged residents to leave the streets and find shelter. "There's an air battle going on, air defenses are working, and the city is under attack," he said. He filmed the video while driving.
As reported by "Caucasian Knot," on March 19, a resident of the village of Kochubeevskoye was injured in a drone attack in Stavropol Krai. According to authorities, the downed drone fell on the roof of a building.
A ban on photographing and videotaping drone attacks was introduced in Stavropol Krai in February of this year. The maximum fine for citizens is three thousand rubles for a first offense.
