The Southern District Military Court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced an Uzbek citizen to 12 years in prison after finding him guilty of attempting to recruit an acquaintance to a terrorist organization.

According to investigators, a man named Sharipov wanted to help members of the international terrorist organization Katiba Tawhid wal-Jihad* with financing and provided one of them with his bank card details and mobile phone number.
