A North Ossetian soldier was killed in Ukraine.

Danil Shepilov from the Mozdok district was killed in combat in Ukraine. Since the beginning of the military operation, at least 586 fighters from North Ossetia have been officially recognized as killed.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by May 4, at least 585 fighters from North Ossetia had been officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine. That day, the Mozdok district administration reported that Valery Bogachev had been killed in Ukraine.

Danil Shepilov, born in 2000, was killed in the military operation. The funeral will take place on May 8 in Mozdok, the Mozdok District Administration announced on its Telegram channel on May 7.

The administration did not provide details about the soldier's biography or death, noting only that he died "while performing combat missions."

Thus, at least 586 soldiers from North Ossetia have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.
