Drones shot down in Rostov Oblast
The military shot down drones in the Neklinovsky and Millerovsky districts overnight. According to the governor, there are no injuries.
As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," on the night of April 29, drones were shot down in four districts of the Rostov Region: Bokovsky, Kasharsky, Millerovsky, and Sholokhovsky, Governor Yuri Slyusar reported. According to him, there were no injuries.
Last night, UAVs were destroyed in the Neklinovsky and Millerovsky districts, Yuri Slyusar reported on his Telegram channel.
"No information about casualties or damage on the ground has been received," he wrote.
In the Rostov Region, a ban is in effect on filming aerial attacks and their consequences, air defense operations, and military unit locations. The corresponding governor's decree was published on the "Caucasian Knot."
As a reminder, on April 19, three people were injured in an aerial attack in Taganrog, where the Beriev Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex is located. The grounds of the aircraft factory and park were cordoned off after the airstrike. Telegram users urged authorities to evacuate the plant outside the city limits for the safety of residents.
According to official government data, at least five people have been killed in Taganrog as a result of airstrikes since November 2025. . Reports of these incidents mentioned addresses located near the Beriev Aircraft Company.
On January 14, an airstrike in Rostov-on-Don caused fires in homes and at an industrial facility. One person was killed and four, including a four-year-old child, were hospitalized. That day, the military reported shooting down 25 drones in the region.
