23-year-old Igor Petrov was killed in the military operation. His funeral is scheduled for April 20 in Kotovo, according to the publication "Volgogradskaya Pravda.ru," whose founders include the Volgograd region administration and the regional committee for territorial formations, domestic and information policy.
"He died last March and was listed as missing. Now Igor Petrov will be buried in his native land," the publication states.
