The suspects in the explosion of a fireworks warehouse in Vladikavkaz have been arrested.

The court has ordered the owner of the warehouse that exploded in Vladikavkaz on April 10th, along with two pyrotechnics production organizers, to be jailed for two months.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," according to initial reports, two people were killed and 14 injured in the Vladikavkaz explosion. Of these, 13, including two children, were hospitalized. It was reported today that on the evening of April 10th, after seeking medical attention, a teenager, who suffered a concussion in the explosion, was also hospitalized. Four adults have been discharged from the hospital. On April 11, investigators detained the owner of the warehouse and the organizers of the pyrotechnics production, suspects in the explosion.

On April 10, an explosion occurred at a pyrotechnics warehouse on Partizansky Lane in Vladikavkaz. Residents of neighboring buildings were among the injured, as the blast wave shattered windows. A state of emergency has been declared in the city. According to investigators, workers were on the warehouse premises at the time of the incident. A criminal case has been opened under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Russian Criminal Code.

The court has remanded all three defendants in the criminal case regarding the explosion at a pyrotechnics warehouse in Vladikavkaz for two months, RIA Novosti reported on April 12, citing the United Press Service of the Courts of North Ossetia.

According to a source, all three – warehouse owner Gudumak and two pyrotechnics production organizers, Usov and Sukharev – have been remanded in custody until June 10. They are suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Russian Criminal Code (performing work and providing services that do not meet consumer safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence).
