The 16th victim of the explosion in Vladikavkaz has sought medical attention.

Another person injured in the explosion at a fireworks warehouse in Vladikavkaz has sought medical attention and been hospitalized. Of the 16 injured, 11 remain hospitalized.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," an explosion occurred at a fireworks warehouse in Vladikavkaz on April 10. According to initial reports, 14 people were injured, 13 of whom, including two children, were hospitalized. On April 11, it was reported that after seeking medical attention, a teenager suffered a concussion in the explosion and was also hospitalized. Four adults were discharged, leaving 10 people remaining in the hospital. A state of emergency has been declared in the city.

Another person went to the Republican Clinical Hospital on April 11 and was hospitalized. His condition is assessed as stable, the head of North Ossetia Sergey Menyailo reported on his Telegram channel.

"Eleven people injured in the emergency in Vladikavkaz remain in medical facilities in the republic," he explained, noting that one of the victims is in serious condition in the emergency hospital.

The rubble at the scene of the incident on April 11 has been completely cleared, the head of the republic added.

"The area has been cleared and transferred to the protection of law enforcement agencies. The state of emergency in Vladikavkaz has not yet been lifted. It will remain in effect until all those injured receive the necessary assistance," the publication stated.

As a reminder, a criminal case has been opened in connection with the explosion under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Russian Criminal Code. . On April 11, investigators reported the arrest of three suspects – the owner of commercial premises and two organizers of pyrotechnic production. All three are local residents.
