Four fighters from the Volgograd region have been identified as killed in a military operation.

In the Sredneakhtubinsky district, awards were presented to the relatives of soldiers killed in combat. Since the beginning of the military operation, at least 1,746 soldiers from the Volgograd region have been officially recognized as killed in it.

As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," by April 10, at least 1,742 soldiers from the Volgograd region were officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

At least 4,415 fighters from the North Caucasus Federal District and 4,536 from the Southern Federal District have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation in Ukraine.

The Sredneakhtubinsky District administration presented awards to the relatives of the fighters killed in the military operation, the district administration reported on its Telegram channel on April 10.

These killed were named in the publication as privates Danil Vanteyev, Nikolai Nikolaenko, Alexei Grachev, and Sergeant Alexander Rybyan.

Thus, at least 1,746 soldiers from the Volgograd region have been officially recognized as killed in the military operation.

The death of a soldier from the Sredneakhtubinsky district was previously reported on March 21. At that time, authorities reported that Nikolay Laptev had been killed in the military operation.

"Caucasian Knot" maintains a list of names of natives of the North Caucasus and Southern Federal Districts killed in the military operation.
