46-year-old Private Denis Uvarkin, who served as a machine gunner, was killed in the military operation, the Uryupinsk administration reported on its Telegram channel on April 5.

"Denis was born and lived in Uryupinsk. He studied at Secondary School No. 5. Denis died while carrying out a combat mission in the village of Novoekonomicheskoe, DPR. […] He is survived by his mother, wife, and daughter," the publication says.
