The Prikubansky District Court of Krasnodar ruled to hear the case of Anna Minkova and her affiliates' property being seized by the state in camera, Kommersant reported on March 24.
A representative of Minkova's interests requested a closed hearing, citing the need to protect the rights and interests of her minor children. The court granted the motion.
A representative of the prosecutor's office left the matter for the court's consideration, but stated that documents marked "for official use only" and information containing banking secrecy would be used in the case.
