As reported by the "Caucasian Knot," a drone attack killed one person in Krasnodar last night. A medical center, a restaurant, several residential buildings, and cars were also damaged in the city. According to the Ministry of Defense, 42 drones have been shot down in the Krasnodar Territory.

Four drones were shot down by air defense systems on duty in Adygea last night, the Ministry of Defense reported on its Telegram channel.
In Adygea, as in other regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts, filming drone attacks and their aftermath is prohibited. These prohibitions contradict the Constitution, which guarantees the inadmissibility of censorship and the freedom to seek, record, and disseminate information, lawyers pointed out.
As a reminder, on January 21, a drone attack damaged 30 houses in the village of Novaya Adygeya in the Takhtamukaysky District. At least one person died, and 11 people, including two children, were injured. Nine of them were hospitalized.
Authorities then declared a state of emergency at the district level. On January 27, officials announced that, in addition to compensation payments to residents, they had decided to provide free repairs to the damaged apartments. About 1,000 requests for financial assistance have been received from affected residents, the district head reported.
On January 28, the head of Adygea announced a decision to provide assistance to the owners of damaged vehicles. According to him, 92 vehicles were damaged, and 27 burned. "In the event of partial damage to a vehicle, owners will receive compensation of up to 500,000 rubles, and in the event of a total loss, up to one million rubles. The republic will assume these payments," the official assured. Previously, Telegram users repeatedly asked questions about who would compensate for the damage to the burned vehicles and how.
It is worth noting that vehicle damage has also repeatedly appeared in reports on the consequences of drone attacks in the Rostov Region, but compensation for this was not provided until December 2025. Only after a Taganrog resident who lost his car asked about payments during a direct line with the governor did authorities establish a compensation plan for car owners. The resolution provides for payments of up to 500,000 rubles for a damaged vehicle and up to a million rubles for a destroyed one.
